Fill your hurricane glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into glass except whipped cream, cherries, cherry juice and sour mix. Pour all ingredients out of glass and into a shaker (boston shaker preferred). Add a couple of splashes of sour mix (not too much). Give it a couple of good shakes. Pour everything (including ice) back into the hurricane glass. It should have a bit of a foamy head at the top of the glass. Squirt a little whipped cream on top, drizzle a little cherry juice and top with some cherries. There you have it, Vanilla IceCream. Enjoy!

Squeeze the juice of the orange into an empty cocktail shaker, then add rum, cream of coconut and grenadine and shake. Fill pint glass with ice and pour the shaker contents over the ice. Place a tiny plastic pink flamingo on the rim and serve with a straw.
For flair, combine all the ingredients except the Grenadine and pour over the ice. Put the drops of grenadine on top, then right before serving, stir it front of your guest.
